We also use a third-party system, MailChimp, an online marketing platform operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC to send our email communications and your name and email address is recorded within that database.

 

How do we secure personal data?

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. Your personal data is also limited to access only by employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

Should a suspected data breach happen we have put in place procedures to deal with this quickly and efficiently and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
