Nedz Advance Launches

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new innovative high-tech bedding system, Nedz Bed Advance. Equine owners will rejoice as this straw pellet horse bedding is capable of absorbing up to five times its weight in liquid, so only a thin layer is needed for even the wettest of horses.

The super absorbent pellet has been developed by us to require minimum mucking out, therefore creating very little waste. On average Nedz Bed Advance has been found to provide a 60% to 70% reduction in waste over conventional bedding, and being highly biodegradable it is also better for the environment.

An Advance bed is easy to create as unlike other pellet beddings the Advance system does not need to be watered, and will naturally fluff up to create the perfect environment for your horse. It can be used on rubber matting as well as a super absorbent layer underneath other bedding.

As with the other products in our range, Nedz Bed Original, a wheat straw, and Nedz Bed Pro, a rape straw, the pellets are created virtually dust free making them ideal for those equines who suffer with allergies. They are also treated with the unique Natural Nedz formula which has anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties and have a bitter taste to deter any horses who may be prone to bed eating. No other bedding combines this unique formula made from Cade Oil, Manuka Oil, Aloe Vera and Silver.

An average size stable requires between 6 to 8 bags for the initial set up, simply followed by a one bag top up every 4 to 5 days, making Advance a very economical bedding system, especially for anyone who has a very dirty horse.
